LJ Hooker Commercial Perth has boosted its property management division with the appointment of Senior Facilities Manager Stephen Davey and Senior Property Manager Angie Menna.
Added activity in Western Australia's resource sector has led to a strengthening of LJ Hooker Commercial Perth's property management division.
Senior Facilities Manager Stephen Davey has joined the agency after managing CBRE/Charter Hall’s WA Industrial portfolio, while Senior Property Manager Angie Menna brings with her more than a decade of experience in commercial property management
Mr Davey has extensive experience in building and construction and previously worked for the Department of Corrective Services where he received multiple awards for excellence and customer service.
Ms Menna’s most recent role at JLL saw her responsible for the management of five neighbourhood shopping centres along with other multi-tenant retail developments.
Prior to that, she was employed with DTZ, where she managed transactions and property management for NAB branches and ATMs throughout WA, NT and SA.

The duo is the latest addition to the agency’s management division, led by respected industry figure Mark Townsend, whose CV includes stints managing Central Park and The Forrest Centre.
LJ Hooker Commercial Perth Principal Vincent Siciliano said there was heightened demand for quality management solutions coming from private syndicates and family trusts through to institutions as business confidence in WA improves.
“All investment decisions in the last 12 months have been directly influenced by the added activity on the resources sector,” he said.
“Gradually, that investment is spilling over into the wider economy, generating a greater focus from clients on optimised asset management services.
“Clients have been reaching out to us for support and advisory services in their investment and management needs, so they’re prepared for the future upswing in the market.
“We’re attracting some of the best talent in Perth in our property management and agency team, recognising our commitment to adding value to our clients’ business priorities.”
