Having moved from Brisbane to Sydney for his latest role, Mr Palm said he was excited for what lay ahead.
Mr Palm, who made the move from Brisbane to Sydney, said he was excited for the journey ahead.
“I wanted to start my career in commercial sales and leasing in Sydney and learn the ropes under a great agent and well-respected company and I've been lucky enough to secure that," he said.
“I've known a lot of people in Brisbane that have worked with Ray White in both commercial and residential, and it has always been really positive feedback on how great the company is to work for.
“I see my first year being a big year of growth and learning, five years to be my own agent, and 10 years to be a standout agent in the Sydney market.”
He will be joined at the Glebe office by Ms Farmer, who moved to the inner west from the Gold Coast/Brisbane two decades ago.

“The Ray White Commercial NSW – Sydney City Fringe principals identified that in order to grow the office they need solid systems and processes in place to allow scalability, this is what I'm good at and it’s something I enjoy helping businesses with.
“I hope to be recognised as someone who can help a business reach the next level, by implementing solid systems and processes to allow the agents in the business to focus on the customer’s needs and getting the business done.”
Ray White Commercial NSW – Sydney City Fringe Principals Kristian Morris and Justin Rose said they were pleased to welcome Mr Palm and Ms Farmer aboard.
“It’s always fantastic when we can grow our own little Ray White family and we’re very happy to have Lachlan and Fiona join our team,” he said.
