CBRE has welcomed Anthony Martin to its Commercial Valuation and Advisory Services team in the role of  Director of Commercial Valuations, Canberra.

Mr Martin has formerly held senior management roles at national and international firms encompassing mortgage lending, company reporting, acquisitions, rental assessment and property consultancy and his experience spans a range of property classes including commercial, industrial, retail and specialised asset sectors.

CBRE National Director, Valuation & Advisory Service, Kyle Richardson said the appointment highlighted CBRE’s continued focus on investing in the best people.

"This is about broadening our ability to drive exceptional Valuation & Advisory results for clients in Canberra," he said.

Mr Martin will work alongside Tim Heaton, Director and leader of CBRE’s ACT Commercial Valuations team, to focus on servicing CBRE’s banking, private, government and institutional client base across all major property asset classes in Canberra and the surrounding markets.
