Stonebridge Property Group has bolstered its Asset Management division with the appointment of three key resources, including industry expert Peter Cortis-Jones as Managing Partner.

The appointments include experts across asset management, leasing and finance:

Peter Cortis-Jones, Managing Partner – Asset Management

Peter has over 25 years’ of commercial property experience, including 17 years as Head of Property for a major private investment group. With a wealth of experience spanning property finance, acquisition, valuations, leasing, and day-to-day asset  management, Peter is extremely well credentialed to lead the Asset Management division.

Joe Adra, Head of Trust Accounting

Joe is the Head of Trust Accounting for Stonebridge’s Property Management department and brings over 20 years of commercial property financial management experience for a diverse range of asset types and clients. Joe brings outstanding attention to detail and has built streamlined accounting and reporting systems from the ground up to suit our clients needs.  

Sian Thomas, Manager

Sian holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property and valuable industry experience in construction management and property with a major building company. This enables her understanding of building and asset management to ensure our continued dedication to improved delivery of services and outcomes for our clients.
