Colliers International was "honoured" to be named Commercial Agency of the Year at the Real Estate Institute of the ACT's Awards of Excellence.
This marks the second time the leading global agency has won the award.
Colliers International Director of Real Estate Management, Rupert Cullen was named Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
Mr Cullen sees teamwork as fundamental to his success.
“I have to pay tribute to everyone I work with at Colliers International. Without their commitment and support I would not have even been nominated for this award, let alone have been named Commercial Property Manager of the Year," Mr Cullen told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
“The broad range of skills and experience at Colliers International allows us to collaborate and find innovative solutions for our clients.
“Family plays a big role in our success at Colliers and the business has introduced a number of initiatives this year to support employees balance a successful career with the demands of a modern family and household. Flexible working and a reduction in core work hours have given staff the ability to tailor their work to maximise their effectiveness," Mr Cullen added.
Colliers International Director Office Leasing, Michael Ceacis attributes their success to their exceptional track record.
“The success of the cooperative approach every member of the commercial leasing and sales teams takes is evidenced by Colliers International’s track record for achieving exceptional sales results for clients, securing tenants for our client’s buildings, and the impact we can have on landlord’s costs by improving a building’s efficiency and sustainability,” Mr Ceacis said.
