Knight Frank Brisbane's commercial sales team has welcomed a new agent to its ranks, with Blake Goddard joining the agency.
A new beginning has beckoned for Brisbane agent Blake Goddard, who has joined the commercial sales team at Knight Frank as an associate director.
He said it was an exciting time to be joining the company.
"Now is an excellent time for Brisbane," he said.
"With the infrastructure projects planned and underway, the continued population growth and stable residential growth we have witnessed in recent times, I don’t think there has been a better time to invest in our city.
“It is exciting for local investors, but in particular the interstate investors and buying groups who can still take advantage of attractive yields and the future growth story which is currently unfolding in our city.”
Knight Frank Partner and Head of Commercial Sales in Queensland Christian Sandstrom said he was thrilled to welcome Mr Goddard to the Brisbane team.
“Blake is a valuable addition to our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in the commercial sales sector,” he said.
“The year has already started well, with strong buyer interest in the market, and we look forward to negotiating some significant transactions this year.”
His sentiments were echoed by Mr Goddard, who said 2019 was already shaping up as a strong year for commercial real estate.
“We are still witnessing strong levels of interest from buyers, particularly frustrated capital who have missed out on acquisition opportunities in the past 18 months," he said.
“I expect buyer interest levels to remain strong particularly within the first six months of 2019.”
