CBRE was among the big winners at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Awards 2019 Australia, taking home three trophies.
CBRE has been recognised for its focus on innovation, sustainability and delivery of client outcomes at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Awards 2019 Australia held last week.
The agency was awarded the Innovation, Agency Team of the Year and Sustainability Project of the Year awards, and was also a finalist in two other categories.
CBRE’s Pacific President & CEO Phil Rowland said the treble was a testament to the calibre of CBRE’s professionals and the company’s focus on client excellence.

CBRE won the Innovation award for the development of Perspectives, a software and hardware platform for digital sales, leasing and property management.
Perspectives focuses on the customer experience by elevating existing marketing material, utilising cutting edge touch technology combined with market-leading immersive content.
The Agency Team of the Year award was secured by CBRE Hotels, Australia’s largest hotel agency team, comprising dedicated offices and 17 personnel in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Cairns.
The Sustainability Project of the Year award was secured for Cbus Property’s 140 William Street office and retail precinct in Perth.
CBRE has implemented several sustainability initiatives to improve the environmental performance of 140 William Street, including water savings and innovative waste management solutions.
CBRE’s George Place team was also a finalist for Property Management Team of the Year, while CBRE Project Manager Phuong Le was a finalist for Young Achiever of the Year.
