Interstate investors have pounced on pizza takeaway in the heart of Toowoomba's CBD.
A couple from Queensland has purchased T1, 191 Margaret Street through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba for $475,000, reflecting a yield of 7.24 per cent.
The site houses pizza takeaway American Slice, which is two years into a five-year lease that has 2 x five-year options.

Selling agent Mark Wynhoven told WILLIAMS MEDIA a drop in interest rates had helped facilitate enquiries for the property.
"We had a few hits initially, but they were ambitious and unappealing offers," he said.
"Once interest rates dropped, it began to stand out as an investment opportunity, and we began fielding more appealing offers.
"We had strict criteria, but we ended up hitting that button, so the owners were very happy with the result."
