Colliers International has appointed Shane Van Beest as the National Director of its office leasing team in Brisbane.
Shane Van Beest is joining Colliers International’s Office Leasing team in Brisbane in the role of National Director, where he will be responsible for servicing office landlords in the Brisbane’s metro market.
Shane has been working in the Brisbane metro market for 13 years, most recently at Knight Frank in the role of Partner Office Leasing Queensland, where he was responsible for some of the biggest leasing transactions in the metro market over the past few years,
His achievements include 7,200 square metres for Downer Services and 3,000 square metres to Sandvik on behalf of AMP Capital at 135 Coronation Drive; negotiating a new 10-year lease of 8,000sqm for CPB Contractors; and finalising a new lease of 4,600sqm for Macquarie Bank on behalf of Hines at 825 Ann Street, prior to the sale of the asset to Centuria.
