A medical industry business has agreed terms on a new lease at Hampton in Melbourne’s south-eastern bayside suburbs in a deal brokered by Teska Carson’s George Takis.
Mr Takis said the tenant had taken a five-year lease over the 486 Hampton Street property, with a five-year option, at $60,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST.

Hampton Street is one of the south-eastern bayside’s best shopping strips.
Home to numerous cafes and restaurants, banks and a post office, Hampton Street also boasts ready access to Hampton Railway Station and proximity to some of Melbourne’s best bayside beaches.
Mr Takis said the tenant had been in the market for a property which offered excellent street exposure in a strong retail location.
"This was a great opportunity for a tenant to gain entry into a prime bayside retail precinct with fantastic frontage and exposure," Takis said.
"The 320-shop strip is now the largest in the bayside region offering tenants excellent business growth potential."
The lessor is a Melbourne based investor.
