Colliers International have been appointed to sell the Adelaide Mail Centre, a multi- faceted gateway site situated on Gouger, Grote and Blenheim Streets in Adelaide’s CBD.

Colliers International’s Paul Van-Reesema, Justin Hazell, Craig Shute and Alistair Mackie have been appointed to sell the development opportunity.

They said the sheer magnitude of the premier Adelaide Mail Centre offering was unapparelled and represented one of South Australia’s most significant acquisition opportunities.

Mr Van-Reesema said that the adaptability of the main building and expansive land holding would appeal to the broader market.
