Ray White's Commercial brand has been put into focus across the past couple of days at the 2020 Summit Conference.
“The calendar year statistics are up overall and I’m proud to see so many Chairman Elites and Elites," Mr White said.
“Last year, Landmark White re-branded to Ray White (Valuations NSW) and it’s exciting to have this in our suite of offerings to our clients and potential clients.
“Our position in print advertising improved in 2019 and it’s great to see so many of our top operators using their LinkedIn accounts to increase their social media presence."
Mr Freeman said it was inspiring to see so many great ideas and visions for the future.
“This has been a great platform to help deliver universal focus for leadership and continued collaboration and engagement across our commercial group," he said.
Keynote speaker and leadership expert Matt Church conducted session on how the world was desperately searching for meaning and how leaders could provide that.
“The simple fact is the world’s changing at an ever increasing rate. Technological advances are creating shifting paradigms in every industry across the globe, and it's a trend we need to stand up and take notice of," he said.
“There’s this unspoken line of intent in our lives.
"When we're living and working 'above the line' we feel like we're in control and we're being our best version of ourselves. Often life and our mindset can push us below the line.
“And finally we have to follow the ‘Chemistry of Success’ - this is the key to understanding why we feel how we feel and what we can do about it.
“Getting the right amount of sleep, keeping stress low, healthy nutrition and keeping fit are all ways you can tweak how you live and work to get more out of your body's natural chemicals.”

HTL Property Director of Asia Pacific Region Andrew Jolliffe was also among the guest speakers, and detailed his decade-long history with the Ray White Group.
“A year ago, Daniel Dragicevich and I joined forces to create HTL Property, and Dan and the White family really supported this,” he said.
“Rick Woelms is the reason HTL Capital was born. He provides financing options for businesses or clients within the hospitality industry. HTL Capital has so far financed projects over $10M and the smallest is just over $1M.
“Rick was able to identify there was a real gap in the market for this type of advisory in terms of finance brokering for hotels and the like, and after the Royal Commission, the timing was right and we’re excited to see where this takes us.
“My time as a publican has afforded me a different outlook on the industry and we’ve now hired full time staff to tackle the accommodation market in Australia.
“HTL Property should be considered the same as every other colleague throughout the Ray White Group and we should continue the synergies we already have.”
