LJ Hooker Commercial Perth has welcomed a new addition to its asset management division with the appointment of Ryan Abbott as Asset Services Executive.

Mr Abbott, who commenced with LJ Hooker Commercial Perth at the beginning of this month, said he was excited to launch the next chapter of his career with Co-Principals Vincent Siciliano and Brian Neo.

“Vincent and Brian have really established themselves LJ Hooker Commercial within a unique space in the Perth market, attracting discerning investors seeking to get the most out of their assets,” he said.

Mr Abbott’s career includes almost two decades with Knight Frank in Perth where he progressed to become Senior Director of its Asset Management Services in WA and Company Secretary.

Most recently, he completed an in-house appointment overseeing $400m worth of CBD assets for Hawaiian.

Mr Siciliano said Mr Abbott's breadth of CBD and team management experience would enhance the portfolios of their landlords across WA.

Mr Neo said Mr Abbott’s experience across institutional and high-net-worth clients was well-known throughout Perth.
