More than 400 square metres of office space in the refurbished Broadmeadows Town Hall building has been leased to a Victorian State Government department in a deal negotiated through Rory White of Gray Johnson.
The remaining office space within the newly renovated Broadmeadows Town Hall building in Melbourne's north has been leased to a Victorian state government department for use by administrative support staff.
Comprising approximately 405 square metres, the second-floor open-plan office comes with ample parking, proximity to bus and train stations, as well as easy access to the CBD, Pascoe Vale Road and the Western Ring Road.

The site forms part of the Government and Community Services Hub, which includes courts, Medicare, Hume Council and the Global Learning Centre.
Having recently undergone a $24 million redevelopment, the building at 10 Dimboola Road took out the Heritage and Best Overall categories at this month’s Australian Institute of Architects Victoria Awards.

A three-year lease deal for the office was brokered by Gray Johnson on behalf of Hume City Council.
It comes after the agency assisted with the lease of 225 square metres of space at the same address to a Federal MP in February.
Leasing agent Rory White said it was a "privilege" to oversee negotiations for the award-winning building.
“We have been very active with government agencies to help our clients achieve strong tenancy profiles and enduring lease security to their assets," he said.
