LJ Hooker Commercial's Silverwater and Perth branches have added to their success at a state level with wins at the Group's national awards held this week.
LJ Hooker Commercial’s nationwide capabilities were celebrated this week as the Group honoured its sales, leasing and support specialists across the country.
LJ Hooker Commercial Silverwater co-Director Marcel Elias was again named the Group’s top salesperson over the last 12 months.
The Central West Sydney industrial specialist has worked with landlords, owner-occupants and tenants over the past year as essential services businesses sought to optimise their operations during COVID-19.

Mr Elias notched the Group’s largest sale – a Charter Hall purchase of a 3.9ha industrial site for $26 million at 56-62 Glendenning Rd, Glendenning – as well as the largest lease by value for the year - $1.119m (per annum) for a transport and logistics facility at 2 Percival Road, Smithfield.
Mr Elias was also named Runner-up Business Owner across the Group for the value of business generated.
LJ Hooker Commercial Silverwater was again named the brand’s Top Commercial Office for the Year, while also taking home the title of Top Office - Leasing Income.
Across on the West Coast, LJ Hooker Commercial Perth took home the titles of Top Sales Office and the highest yearly growth in Sales and Leasing Income.
Led by directors Vincent Siciliano and Brian Neo, the specialist city fringe agency also received the honour of Top Asset Management Office.

The LJ Hooker Group also handed out Gold (top 0.5 per cent of performers), Silver (1 per cent) and Bronze (1.5 per cent) in the virtual awards.
