The Victorian Retail Leasing Team at CBRE have concluded a leasing transaction at 237 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, CBRE’s Jason Orenbuch concluded the leasing deal on behalf of a private landlord which saw registered training organisation, OCTEC secure the 76 sqm ground floor retail space.

The retail space which was previously a hairdressing salon, will be converted into a ground floor office space for the Government organisation.

“Our leasing team handled the negotiation which the tenant secure a 2 + 1 year lease with no incentive. The Tenant was immediately drawn to the prominence and exposure that the retail space received”, Mr Orenbuch commented. “This is a fantastic result considering the city is reopening since the latest COVID lockdown and shows confidence on businesses opening new locations within the CBD.”
