Mr Dawson will provide leadership and operational management to Frasers Property’s Development Directors in New South Wales as well as the development management teams responsible for delivering the company’s projects in the state.

Mr Dawson has played an instrumental role in several landmark Frasers Property projects over the years. In his prior role at Savills, he was involved in the delivery of Discovery Point and Centrale, before he joined the Frasers Property team permanently in mid-2017 as Senior Development Manager for the $2.1 billion Midtown MacPark project.

Since 2020, as Development Director, he has been leading the Frasers Property team on the circa $3 billion Central Place Sydney development, a joint venture between Frasers Property and Dexus.
