JLL has been reappointed as a Property Service Provider following the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) Property Services Coordinated Procurement Arrangements tender.
Global property services firm, JLL has been reappointed as a Property Service Provider following the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) Property Services Coordinated Procurement Arrangements tender.
Under the five-year contract, which includes the option for a further period (or periods) of up to four years in total, JLL will provide end-to-end Property and Portfolio Management Services for leased and owned properties of 28 Federal Government entities.
JLL is an incumbent Property Service Provider for the Commonwealth, having been appointed to the role in 2017.

JLL will work across a number of government entities to deliver these services in an aggregated and seamless way to provide efficiencies in the way we manage property on behalf of the Commonwealth.

The range of services JLL will provide to Federal Government entities includes procurement, contractor management, energy and sustainability services, facility management services including soft and hard building services, lease administration, financial services and reporting.
