Gross Waddell Head of Leasing, Tamara Gross, said Toorak was among the suburbs to have experienced an increased amount of office leasing activity in recent times.
"Areas such as Toorak Village with a good retail strip are in high demand, particularly when there are also cafes, banks, and supermarkets in the vicinity," she said.
"Both of these sites are corner offices, allowing for tenants to really make their mark on the location."
Research from SGS Research and Economics published in the City of Stonnington's Toorak Village Structure Plan 2008 suggested there would be strong continued demand for office space in the City of Stonnington up until 2023, with more than 52,000 square metres required.
The report found that Toorak Village had the potential to compete for some of this space, given its "strong on-going role in the provision of serviced and professional office space targeting smaller business needs".
