Former JLL Regional Director of Office Leasing, David Evans, has joined Savills Perth as the new Director of Office Leasing.

Mr Evans’ move comes after years of having concentrated on the Perth CBD office market, where he recorded some of the highest volumes of transactions by individual operators in Perth, and worked on some of Perth’s most successful projects, including 240 St. Georges Terrace, Central Park, Alluvion, and 140 William Street.

Savills National Head of Office Leasing & Managing Director WA, Graham Postma, described Mr Evans' track record as "formidable".

“David’s extensive knowledge of the Perth market and fantastic track record are a great addition to the group, and will allow us to continue providing the best possible advice and service to our clients," he said.

“Over the last three decades, he’s worked with Dexus, CBUS, Charter Hall, Perron Group, Frasers, and Cape Bouvard to name a few.”

"He has also had a direct involvement in nearly every Perth CBD office building."
