The latest research from Eastern Melbourne Cityscope shows a year-on-year increase in commercial property sales value for 2019
A subdued end to 2019 has failed to stop Eastern Melbourne from recording a yearly increase in commercial property sales, according to the latest data from Cityscope.
The figures indicate sales recorded in the quarter ending January 2020 totalled $60.2 million from 22 sales, compared to the $184.7 million from 35 sales recorded in the three months to October 2019.
This data brings the 12-month total to $508.3 million, an increase from the $471.1 million recorded over the same period of the previous year.
