Colliers International has brokered two significant leasing deals in West Perth's office precinct.
An A-Grade four-level office building at 56 Ord Street has almost 2000 square of office space leased recently through Colliers International.
This office asset includes leading-edge technology, quality fit outs, great natural light and full security parking.
Parts of level one and level three have been leased to engineering firm Aerison on a 6-year term across 1,600 square metres at $350 per square metre in a transaction brokered by Colliers International Director of Office Leasing, Dustin May.
At a glance:
Included were building signage rights and an existing fit-out which the owner upgraded as part of the transaction,
The second deal saw Harry Mettam from Colliers secure Serendipity on the ground floor at $350sqm on a 3-year term.
Mr May said the two transactions were a "great result" for all parties.
"Aerison were looking to expand and relocate their office operations from Kings Park Road and Altona Street in order to bring the two operations under the same roof”.
“The building now has only 526 square metres of upcoming vacancy, which will be fitted out and available for lease."
