“Our team leased the space off-market and were able to achieve a rate circa $830.00 per sqm net, on a 5 x 5 year term”, Mr Jason Orenbuch of CBRE commented.
The Tenant, who will bring a flavour of Columbian and Latin food to the area and strategically took the corner retail space to take advantage of the growing office population in the area with the completion of Collins Arch directly opposite from the site.
“Demand still remains for fully fitted spaces both CBD and Suburban, our team are handling a number of requirements from both national and local groups which shows the continued and consistent demand in the post-covid environment”, Mr Orenbuch mentioned.
