A premium early learning centre has been leased off the plan by CBRE’s specialist Healthcare & Social Infrastructure team of Sandro Peluso, Jimmy Tat and Marcello Caspani-Muto. 

Located in the coastal suburb of Rosebud on Melbourne’s peninsula the subject property will be built adjoining the highly trafficked Rosebud Shopping Centre and tenanted by national operator Green Leaves Group.
