The Victorian Retail Leasing Team at CBRE have completed a leasing deal at 321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne. A 20 sqm café lobby kiosk space has been leased to The Studio Beans Coffee Roasters, who have taken their first CBD Retail space.
The Victorian Retail Leasing Team at CBRE have completed a leasing deal at 321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne. A 20 sqm café lobby kiosk space has been leased to The Studio Beans Coffee Roasters, who have taken their first CBD Retail space.
Jason Orenbuch from CBRE finalised the deal at a rate circa $3,500.00 per sqm.
“This is a strong indicator that the city hasn’t flatlined and that retailers are still seeking retail spaces”, Mr Orenbuch commented. The Tenant, who have a number of suburban and fringe spaces, will bring their roasted coffee to the CBD, the group were particularly drawn to the profile and size of the office tower.
“Demand still remains for small/boutique spaces, however, deals are being creatively negotiated and are taking time to close out”, Mr Orenbuch added.
The team recently also completed another office lobby kiosk deal at 50 Market Street, Melbourne which was leased at a rate circa $830 per sqm net.
