Knight Frank CEO James Patterson said the new appointments would strengthen the OSS team at Knight Frank. Andrea Brown has been promoted to Partner, National Head of Client Solutions, while new hire Mark Blinco has joined in the role of Partner, National Head of Project Management.
Knight Frank has made two new appointments to its Occupier Strategy and Solutions (OSS) team as the service line within the agency evolves.
Andrea Brown has been promoted to Partner, National Head of Client Solutions, OSS, while Mark Blinco has come on board with Knight Frank, having been appointed to fill Andrea’s former role of Partner, National Head of Project Management.
Andrea has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, having been with Knight Frank for more than a decade, and previously working for DTZ.
Mark also has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, consulting, property development and project management, having worked across all major asset classes including industrial and logistics, commercial, retail, data centres and corporate real estate.
He has previously held senior project management positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers and Coffey Projects where he had been responsible for growing the relevant teams significantly.
Mark has worked with clients across major global brands as well as local and regional clients such as Adobe, Mastercard, George Weston Foods and BHP
Knight Frank Chief Executive Officer James Patterson said the new appointments would strengthen the OSS team at Knight Frank.
“Andrea’s new role will draw on her strengths in technical building matters and nurturing relationships with Knight Frank’s valued clients,” he said.
