Inspire O2 Education has leased a newly built, state of the art early learning centre in the heart of Cranbourne’s new development area as they look to aggressively expand into Melbourne’s high-growth postcodes.
With a 15-year lease, with further options to 2057 the deal signals Inspires commitment to operate in diverse upcoming postcodes with a rental of $367,000 per annum.
CBRE’s Healthcare and Social Infrastructure team of Sandro Peluso, Jimmy Tat and Marcello Caspani-Muto secured the tenancy.
“We have seen a big shift from operators who are now looking into more high-growth areas of Victoria, as some of these area’s younger populations are growing faster than Melbourne metro,” Mr Tat said.
“COVID-19 has certainly changed people’s lives and the way they work with this certainly being the case for a growing number of young families. With flexible work commitments and working from home capabilities, many young families are making a lifestyle choice to live more spacious communities and childcare operators are taking note.”
Given Cranbourne is still developing and growing, central location among a new development was a major priority for Inspire as they look to establish themselves as the number one early learning provider in Cranbourne.
“Well researched and selected sites within a 1km radius of a school will continue to generate strong operator demand,” Mr Peluso added.
The facility has completed construction early 2022.
