Located in Melbourne’s western growth corridor in the City of Wyndham, the fastest growing region in Australia, the launch of Hudson Hub has been fast-tracked due to increased demand for commercial spaces in the area, closely following the sell-out success of Boston Commons, the suburb’s fifth office building.
According to Cedar Woods’ Victorian Development Director James Bovell, the continued demand for suburban office spaces in Williams Landing is reflective of the suburb’s strength as an emerging commercial hub.
“The strategic location, excellent transport links, access to local amenity, and long-standing business clientele within the community makes Williams Landing an attractive destination for businesses looking to establish themselves,” says Mr Bovell.
“Many of our purchasers are highly motivated to acquire office spaces in Williams Landing as they see this as an exclusive and rare opportunity to take up space in a highly sought- after location which is experiencing significant growth and provides the opportunity to be around like-minded businesses.”
Hudson Hub is set to cater to the area’s expanding population, with recent research forecasting that Wyndham will reach a population of 512,000 by 2041, with 12,000 new jobs to be located in Williams Landing by 2038.
Designed by renowned architects Hames Sharley, Hudson Hub will also set a new benchmark for architectural design in Melbourne’s West with a striking façade that blends traditional red brick with geometric glass features.
“With a contemporary-industrial aesthetic, Hudson Hub will provide Williams Landing with a new level of architectural sophistication and inspire pride of place for current and future members of the community,” says Mr Bovell.
In another first for Williams Landing, Hudson Hub will feature a rooftop terrace for occupants, designed to promote wellbeing and provide a space for events and collaborative work.
“We’re excited to be able to offer the Williams Landing business community an exclusive offering that elevate the business experience in the suburb, with sweeping views over the suburb and toward the CBD and beyond,” added Mr Bovell.
In line with Cedar Woods’ focus on creating sustainable communities, Hudson Hub has been designed with sustainability and efficiency in mind, including a high thermal performance facade, energy efficient LED lighting, active rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle charging facilities and solar photovoltaic panels.
With construction slated to commence in mid-2024, Hudson Hub will comprise 79 strata office suites ranging from 47-112 sqm, a conference centre, rooftop area, and five ground floor retail suites. Level 3 suites will also feature balcony spaces ranging from 10-71 sqm.
Office suites are now selling from $413,000.
