The commercial footprint of Williams Landing in Melbourne’s west is set to expand, with ASX listed developer Cedar Woods announcing the launch of Hudson Hub, the sixth office building for the suburb.

Located in Melbourne’s western growth corridor in the City of Wyndham, the fastest growing region in Australia, the launch of Hudson Hub has been fast-tracked due to increased demand for commercial spaces in the area, closely following the sell-out success of Boston Commons, the suburb’s fifth office building.

According to Cedar Woods’ Victorian Development Director James Bovell, the continued demand for suburban office spaces in Williams Landing is reflective of the suburb’s strength as an emerging commercial hub.
