Highly experienced human resources specialist and people strategist Jane Wildmun has joined Frasers Property Australia as General Manager People & Culture.
With human resources experience across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the Asia-Pacific region, Jane most recently held the role of Group Executive - Head of People and Development at 151 Property. Stints with leading organisations including Urbis and Chapman Tripp preceded this.
Jane currently serves on the Property Council of Australia’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
“It’s a privilege to join a team and organisation that acknowledges and invests so heavily in its culture. By doing so, Frasers Property recognises the very real and tangible benefits a strong and inclusive culture can generate for its people, projects and business, as well as for its customers and communities,” Jane says.
“My focus will be continuing the great work already underway on various initiatives across the business, including an ongoing focus on company culture, initiatives that support health and well-being and resilience, maintaining the organisation’s profile as an Employer of Choice, and the ongoing evolution of the workplace of the future.”
Anthony Boyd, CEO, Frasers Property Australia says Jane’s proven ability to integrate strategic people agendas with business growth objectives make her the ideal fit for this important role.
“Jane’s deep experience, including in the property space, combined with her commercial acumen enables her to combine strong culture and people outcomes with ongoing operational performance and customer focus,” Mr Boyd says.
“We’re excited to welcome Jane to the team and we know that under her leadership, our people and culture are in strong hands,” he says.
Frasers Property’s Australian platform, including Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial, recently retained its Workplace Gender Equality Agency Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation for another year. Citation is a sign of an organisation’s commitment to making its workplaces equal, and Frasers Property’s diversity and inclusion policies are crucial as they shape the company’s culture in its offices, on its projects and through its operations.
Frasers Property’s strong performance in the people and culture space was also recognised with a top three placement in the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list in 2023, in the property, transport and construction category.
Jane takes over from Ranna Alkadamani, who moves full time into the role of General Manager People & Culture at Frasers Property Industrial.
