A skilled property all-rounder has broken through the glass ceiling in WA’s commercial real estate industry to be appointed Head of Agency at leading office LJ Hooker Commercial Perth.

Clare Anderson has been appointed to the role in the next chapter of her eight years at the Subiaco-based agency.

Anderson has been a central figure at the agency – led by respected industry leaders Vincent Siciliano and Brian Neo – since its 2013 inception and been pivotal in the sustainable recruitment and retention of specialists across sales, asset management and administration.

Anderson’s appointment to Head of Agency complements the office’s Head of Asset Services role, filled by Ryan Abbott.
