Colliers continues to expand its new WA office with the strategic appointment of several experienced property professionals across a range of sectors.
Colliers has further strengthened its Office Leasing, Valuations and Real Estate Management Services teams with its latest key appointments based at 240 St Georges Terrace in Perth.
Experienced office leasing expert Antonio Trimboli has been appointed as Associate Director in Colliers’ growing Office Leasing team in WA, bringing with him more than seven years experience in the Perth commercial real estate market and a broad knowledge across of a number of asset classes. He joins Colliers from JLL.
“Antonio is an experienced negotiator, with his outstanding work ethic, ability to think outside of the box and attention to detail positioning him to consistently deliver exceptional service and outcomes for his clients,” Jemma Hutchinson, Colliers’ National Director of Office Leasing, said.
“Antonio played a key role in recent campaigns at 1 Walker Ave and 7 Rheola St, West Perth where he was involved in the repositioning strategy which lead to eight deals totaling circa 3,000sqm being brokered over a period of seven months. Both properties are now at 100% occupancy.”
Colliers has also welcomed Jennifer Wong to the position of Director of Valuations & Advisory. Ms Wong returns to Colliers after almost 14 years working with the former Colliers WA franchise office alongside Dean Johnston and Zane Gil.
Ms Wong is a recognised expert in the Perth market across the office, industrial and residential development sectors. She brings significant experience providing valuation and strategic advisory services to a diverse range of market leading listed property trusts, financial institutions, developers, syndicates, private investors and State government agencies.
Ian Burrows has been appointed as Director, Facilities Management as part of Colliers’ growing Real Estate Management Services team in WA. He also joins from Colliers’ former franchise office.
