Global property services firm JLL has expanded its Flex team with the appointment of Josh Alfafara in the position of Flex Solutions Lead, Australia and New Zealand.

Josh has more than 12 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector in positions across the globe and joins JLL from The Executive Centre.

JLL’s Head of Flex Space – ANZ, Tashi Dorjee said, “Flexible space is the evolution of real estate. Landlords are incorporating flexible space in their buildings, and we are increasingly seeing them prioritise it as an essential feature.

“We are excited for Josh to join our Flex Team, and his experience in the industry in setting up flex businesses in Australia and the Philippines will complement our market-leading business. Growing our team is an indicator of the occupier demand we are seeing for flexible space, which is a growing sector that is helping shape the future of office,” said Mr Dorjee.

Mr Alfafara joins the team alongside Tashi Dorjee in our Sydney office.
