Melbourne-based property funds management company, Terraplex, announced it is boosting private funds and asset management capabilities with the appointment of real estate pro, Rob Wallace, as a Director and Partner.
Rob Wallace, a highly experienced real estate professional, will join Terraplex as a Director to further enhance the company’s capabilities in its’ private funds business, deal origination, tenant and investor relationships, asset management and development.
With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, Rob has been involved in more than A$13 billion worth of property-related transactions.
He has held key positions in various companies, including most recently CEO of Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust, as well as Executive General Manager of Investment Property at Frasers Property Australia, and roles at MAB Funds Management, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Charter Keck Cramer.
At Terraplex, Rob’s primary focus will be to grow the company’s private funds business by accessing deal flow and originating new products across all key sectors and introducing new high-net-worth investors (both overseas and local) to Terraplex. He will also assist in the origination of new stand-alone funds for existing investors and further develop relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
