Two of Sydney’s most respected commercial businesses, Ray White Commercial Eastern Suburbs (RWC Eastern Suburbs) and Ray White Commercial Double Bay (RWC DB) have merged and will now operate under the RWC Eastern Suburbs banner.
RWC (DB) principals Zorick Toltsan, Elliott Placks and Michael Krimotat are thrilled with this expansion, and the potential that commercial real estate professional Grant Whiteman (RWC Eastern Suburbs) has to take the business forward.
Principal and Managing Director Zorick Toltsan and Director Grant Whiteman will lead the business day to day.
“We are all very excited about the enormous potential of this business,” Mr Toltsan said. “It allows us to continue the excellent service and reputation that RWC Eastern Suburbs has, while also deepening the offering by combining the existing teams.”
Grant Whiteman has more than 30 years’ experience in the commercial property industry. He started at Ray White Double Bay in 1989 and created the first Ray White Double Bay commercial division during the early 1990s.
Mr Whiteman said he was excited to have joined forces with Zorick Toltsan, Elliott Placks and Michael Krimotat. Mr Placks also owns Ray White Double Bay, with Mr Krimotat a Director of both the sales and property management businesses.
“I am excited about the next chapter of Ray White Commercial Eastern Suburbs (RWC Eastern Suburbs) as together we can all achieve great things for our clients. This is the right move, and I am still available for my clients 24/7,” Mr Whiteman said.
“The biggest benefit to this merger is that we’ll all be under one roof and be able to provide a first class service to our clients across all facets of real estate including commercial, residential, leasing, property management and finance,” Mr Toltsan said.
“Grant is a very experienced operator and has built and established strong relationships across our industry and will be a great asset to our business. As they say, ‘if you want to go fast, go alone but if you want to go further, go together’,” he said.
“This merger will cement our position in the eastern suburbs commercial real estate market and provide a better opportunity for market share growth and opportunities for all our members. In our RWC (DB) business we are already adept at creating unique opportunities using the expertise and relationships of our residential team, and I am excited to see where we can go as one big family.”
“The merger will offer better opportunities for our clients as a result of our combined networks and relationships, and I can't wait to take this business to the next level,” Mr Toltsan said.
RWC Head of Agency Operations Andrew Freeman said he was delighted to see the Eastern Suburbs continue to thrive with its new leadership team.
“RWC Eastern Suburbs is such an iconic business in our group and I know they will continue to push the limits and attract new talent along the way.”
