Renowned commercial property broker Andrew Woodley-Page has joined RWC WA to bolster an already strong capital markets capability.
Mr Woodley-Page has had 25 years’ experience in the industry and involvement with over $4 billion in property transactions including some of Perth’s largest transactions including; Raine Square, Kings Square, and stakes in premium grade office Towers including QV.1, Central Park, Exchange Tower and 108 St George’s Terrace.
“I’m delighted to be joining such a highly credentialed brand and the dynamic nature of this office is exactly the home I’ve been looking for for my business,” Mr Woodley-Page said.
Mr Woodley-Page has traded approximately $1 billion worth of retail property assets and it’s this capability that RWC joint managing director Stephen Harrison was very keen to secure.
“We’re thrilled that Andrew has joined the team,” Mr Harrison said.
“His unique experience and skill set perfectly compliments the broad experience of our capital markets team.
“Andrew and the balance of our team have all aspects of the commercial property investment market covered across all asset classes and price categories.”
Mr Woodley-Page will also tie in to support the flourishing retail asset management business headed by Steve Cuzens, who has also recently joined the firm.
Mr Cuzens has had a distinguished career formerly at Hawaiian and in agency and has asset managed many of Perth’s largest shopping centres.
Mr Harrison said the retail shopping centre landscape is becoming increasingly complex requiring dynamic response to a quickly changing environment and experienced oversight.
