Savills Australia and New Zealand has bolstered its capital transactions capabilities in Sydney, welcoming senior operative Tyler Talbot to the team.  Mr Talbot joins the Sydney office in the role of Director, Capital Transactions.

With over 18 years’ experience in Australia, Mr Talbot specialises in office sales for institutions, syndicators and high net worth clients.

Having held senior roles with some of the country’s best-known agencies, Mr Talbot brings strong relationships with the most active local and offshore capital and has transacted some of the North Shore’s largest office deals.

His role at Savills sees him partner with the agency’s institutional clients, focusing on assets in the Sydney CBD, North Sydney and the wider metropolitan markets.
