Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers is delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Strickland as Head of Retail Management | Real Estate Management Services. 

Kate arrives from JLL, where she served as Head of Retail for NSW over the past two-and-a-half years. Her career spans more than 30 years in retail property management, development, leasing, and asset management.

Kate’s extensive background includes significant roles in the government property sector, where her team oversaw a diverse portfolio of over 1000 commercial, residential, community, and heritage sites.

Notably, Kate has contributed to the development planning of regional shopping centres in Port Macquarie, Brisbane, and Melbourne during her tenure at ING Real Estate. Her impact at Lendlease, particularly at Sunshine Plaza QLD, where she was instrumental in transforming retail and entertainment hubs, stands out as a highlight of her career.
