Knight Frank has announced changes to its Asset Management Services (AMS) team as it restructures following Lisa Atkins promoted to Managing Director, Asset Management Services and Leanne Newberry to Partner, Chief Operations Officer (COO), Asset Management Services.
Knight Frank has announced changes to its Asset Management Services (AMS) team as it restructures following several years of strong growth and success in this sector of the business.
Lisa Atkins, who has been leading Knight Frank’s AMS team for the past four years in the role of National Head of Asset Management Services, has been promoted to Managing Director, Asset Management Services. In this newly created role she will continue to lead Knight Frank’s AMS team nationally but will focus on client relationships and business development.
Leanne Newberry has also been promoted from Head of Transformation in Knight Frank’s AMS team to the new role of Partner, Chief Operations Officer (COO), Asset Management Services, in which she will lead a critical team of operational support functions, including technical services and innovation, business services, systems, and financial services.
Knight Frank Chief Executive Officer James Patterson said the team changes were a major milestone for Knight Frank, reflecting the momentum and maturing of the firm’s AMS business.
“Lisa has led Knight Frank’s AMS business through a period of unprecedented growth over the past four years, and this restructure will allow her to focus on the most important thing – our clients – while Leanne ensures the business operations are on a path of continual improvement,” he said.
“Both Lisa and Leanne were recognised at our 2024 National Excellence Awards for their roles in elevating our AMS business, having worked hard with the wider team to achieve the successes we have seen. Lisa has also made a strong contribution to the leadership of our broader business through her participation in our executive committee.
“We are excited about continuing to grow our AMS business over the coming years, and provide even better services to our clients.”
Ms Atkins said the new AMS team structure would enable a more strategic approach to client service and growth.
“Over the past four years Knight Frank’s AMS team has been repositioned in the market,” she said.
“Renowned for our excellent systems and dedicated team, we have grown into a market leader, delivering exceptional service across all sectors and establishing ourselves as an employer of choice.
“By elevating the standards of our leadership, adding new offerings such as our AMS Advisory, and deepening our partnerships with our ESG and Workplace teams, we’ve elevated the value and strategic insight we bring to our clients.
“We have also invested heavily in modernising our systems and technology to ensure they remain the best in the market, with high levels of automation and integration.
“This gives our clients the best analytics and insight about their data while providing our people the most efficient and supportive platforms to work in.
“Integrations with our recently launched ESG Data Management service, Verdig, and our upcoming Capex Platform, ensure a seamless end-to-end ecosystem for the management of asset data and functions."
