It caps off a stellar year for Dawson, who was recently promoted to director of industrial sales and leasing as part of Realmark Commercial’s recently refreshed leadership structure.

Realmark founder and managing director John Percudani said, “Mr Dawson has seen considerable personal growth during his career at Realmark, having moved from sales consultant to director level over a three-year journey. 

Boasting a resume of leadership positions across retail and real estate for over 15 years, Mr Dawson has become a significant player across one of the most dynamic sectors in the WA  property landscape.

Realmark founder and managing direcor John Percudani said he’s proud to see his network acknowledged.

The Realmark group now boasts WA’s leading residential and commercial salesperson, with Realmark Commercial’s Rob Dawson claiming the Commercial Salesperson of the Year award and Aaron Green claiming the Residential Salesperson of the Year award. 

“While we don’t judge ourselves on the awards we win, it is pleasing to see Realmark team members and offices recognised at a significant annual event for our industry,” he said. “Not only did we come away with these major awards, we had 11 finalists recognised across 10 categories, representing offices right across our state, from sales professionals to property managers, to marketers and innovators.

“It was a true reflection of our network and the excellence we aim to deliver.”
