Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers is pleased to announce the appointment of Iain Davidson as State Chief Executive of our ACT business. 

Iain is a long-standing leader within the Colliers ACT business and has been responsible for the creation and growth of the Canberra Project Leaders business, working across both Government Property Services and Office Leasing service lines while delivering many large projects and lease transactions for owners, occupiers, and government clients. 

Iain’s expertise in advisory, planning, leasing, project management and development management across multiple asset classes, as well as his experience working across different Colliers’ service lines, will ensure he can support the Colliers teams across the ACT and drive their respective growth plans.
