Belle Property’s Commercial division, announce the opening of Belle Property Central Coast, led by local real estate expert and auctioneer Anthony Scarcella.
Belle Property’s Commercial division, an arm of Australia’s leading lifestyle real estate provider, announce the opening of Belle Property Central Coast. The new office is led by local real estate expert and auctioneer Anthony Scarcella. With over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Anthony, along with Asset Manager Megan Scarcella, will service the entire Central Coast, including Tuggerah, Wyong, Charmhaven, Toukley, Gosford, West Gosford, Erina, Somersby and Umina.
Anthony and his new Belle Property Commercial office are only strengthening the ability of Belle Property to service the Central Coast; as they complement the well-recognised and premium residential property experience delivered by Belle Property Central Coast and Belle Property Point Claire, led by leading Principal Cathy Baker.
Anthony’s experience in recent years has involved specialising in selling, leasing, and the management of commercial properties, mainly industrial property but also office and retail. Anthony has been awarded multiple times, including being named as one of the top 2.5% sales agents at LJ Hooker.
Anthony’s track record has seen great auction success, where he has achieved $450,000 over the reserve price on a number of occasions. However, Anthony prides himself on not only working with big projects and making records with his clients, but he also works with clients of smaller budgets.
“When I moved to the Central Coast over 10 years ago, I started with not knowing any clients and I started small. I don’t believe real estate is about being the biggest or loudest; I believe in offering the best service and achieving results for my clients, no matter their budgets. I have worked with clients with leases for $10,000 p/a as well as those with 20 million dollar sales. I take great satisfaction in helping businesses buy and lease commercial properties that can help them succeed and grow from year to year.”
The opening of a Belle Property Commercial Central Coast office comes at a great time, as the market has been fairly stable throughout the year, and Anthony has seen increasing confidence from buyers in the area. “As we’re currently sitting at the top of the interest cycle, I believe that 2025 will be a great year, with yields beginning to tighten and the likelihood of a reduction of interest rates,” Anthony said.
Joining the Belle Property Commercial arm was a natural next step for Anthony and his team, saying: “Belle Property has a specialised commercial sector, and my clients will benefit from the national network. Supported by the Belle Property brand and network, I can personally continue to deliver great results. Belle Property also has some of the most superior marketing strategies in the industry, which will help us attract more buyers to the region.”
Commenting on the opening of the new office, Belle Property Commercial Associate Director Benjamin Congiusta stated, “We are very excited to welcome Belle Property Commercial Central Coast to our network as we continue to boost our presence nationally, and we’re thrilled to welcome Anthony and his team to lead the new office. Anthony’s understanding of the local market and his dedication to exceptional customer service align perfectly with our brand values,” he said.
