Colliers have been appointed to divest a healthcare and medical real estate portfolio for sale, comprising three Brisbane and Gold Coast assets, for sale in one line or individually on behalf of Centuria Healthcare. Colliers have been appointed to divest a healthcare and medical real estate portfolio for sale, comprising three Brisbane and Gold Coast assets, for sale in one line or individually on behalf of Centuria Healthcare.
Tom O’Driscoll, Chris O’Driscoll and Ryan Chandler of Colliers are facilitating the sale of 220 Sandgate Road, Nundah in Brisbane, and Gold Coast assets 95 Alexander Drive, Highland Park and 306 Olsen Avenue, Parkwood.
The assets include a range of medical investments, freestanding property and health precincts. 220 Sandgate Road (1,179sqm) is a mixed-medical practice with a 4.0-year WALE. Both 95 Alexander Drive (932sqm) and 306 Olsen Avenue (856sqm) are both fully leased to IPN Medical Centres with 3.7-year WALEs.
“All three assets provide a strong income stream with each individual opportunity providing a longer-term value-add and development upside. The properties also benefit from strong car park ratios,” said Tom O’Driscoll, Director, Investment Services.

The Centuria Healthcare portfolio is being sold via an Expressions of Interest campaign, closing 27 May 2021 at 4:00pm.
