The Signature Auction & EOI Series, a budding new property portfolio alternative, has announced the launch of its final event of 2023. The event will be held on Tuesday 5 December from 11am at Leonda by the Yarra in Hawthorn and will feature a portfolio of six commercial property assets from five participating agents.

The portfolio includes a diverse range of assets from nationally tenanted retail investments, a café with a brand new lease to Short Straw Café, an office investment opportunity as well as multiple development sites across the state.

The event has continued to attract regional agents throughout the year, despite a tighter market, with its broadening network of buyers and collaborative approach offering an attractive alternative.

10 commercial agencies have so far participated in 2023, tapping into a collaborative database and reaching buyers their vendors would otherwise not have access to.

The December event will showcase properties from Colac, Warrnambool, Heathcote, Wallan, Strathfieldsaye and Oakleigh.

The Signature Auction & EOI Series event will take place on Tuesday 5 December from 11am, with plenty of on site parking available.
