Featuring a curated list of 11 properties from New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, the auction offers a range of investment opportunities. High-profile tenants, including Westpac, Icon Group and Grill’d Healthy Burgers, are expected to further enhance the appeal of these sought-after assets.
Among the properties for sale is The Wine Library, located at 18 – 20 Oxford Street, Woollahra. Operating as a well-established wine bar/restaurant, this is the first time the property has been listed for sale since 1980.
CBRE’s Capital Markets General Manager, Adrian Sacco said, “This portfolio features a diverse mix of assets, drawing in a broad range of interested purchasers as it provides both secure investments and value-add opportunities.
“In recent months, we have seen a notable increase in transactional activity, particularly in residential assets due to housing supply shortages, as well as commercial investments backed by strong tenants and favourable lease terms.
