A diversified retail investment anchored by Dan Murphy’s sold for $21.5million. HomeCo Daily Needs REIT has acquired the Armstrong Creek site from Wel.Co in an off-market sale negotiated by Colliers’ Tim McIntosh and Mike Crittenden.
