It’s the third Large Format Retail Centre (LFR) acquired by MLC Asset Management’s Australian Direct Property team (formerly IOOF), and the largest LFR deal executed nationally this year, sold by Colliers Head of Retail Middle Markets James Wilson and Ben Wilkinson.

Richmond Mall sold at a fully leased yield of 5.73 per cent with 11 offers received from both local and international parties, through James Wilson and Ben Wilkinson of Colliers and the JLL Retail Investments team of Sam Hatcher, Nick Willis, Sebastian Fahey and David Mahood.

Huntlee Shopping Centre sold on behalf of Coles Group Property Developments is anchored by a strong performing Coles and Liquorland Store. Huntlee Shopping Centre North Rothbury sold through the Colliers team of James Wilson and Ben Wilkinson, in conjunction with James Douglas of CBRE. 

Constructed in 2020 by Fabcot Woolworths Bombaderry Shopping Centre sold on strong yield is anchored by a Woolworths and BWS. Woolworths Bombaderry sold by Colliers team of James Wilson and Ben Wilkinson.
