Ormeau Shopping Centre sold for $34,000,000 on strong yield by CBRE and JLL
South East Queensland Ormeau Marketplace sold on behalf regional fund manager Clarence Property for $34 million. The South East Queensland shopping centre sold by CBRE’s Joe Tynan and Michael Hedger jointly with JLL’s Sebastian Fahey and Nick Willis.
