Supermarket giant Woolworths, Warbu Bellmere Shopping Centre sold by CBRE agents Michael Hedger and Joe Tynan to a Melbourne-based private investment group for $37.75 million.
CBRE’s Michael Hedger and Joe Tynan sold the brisbane shopping centre on behalf of Perth-based property syndicator Kerching Capital for $12,600,000 from the sale of the Sandstone Point Village neighbourhood centre in Brisbane’s north.
