Centuria Office REIT (ASX: COF), has exchanged unconditional contracts on 555 Coronation Drive Toowong QLD sold for $37.35million by Knight Frank’s Justin Bond and Blake Goddard and CBRE’s Jack Morrison and Adelaide O’Brien on behalf of Centuria.
