A Full-line Coles Supermarket for sale featuring a 20-year lease (expiring June 2036) in Five Dock is set to be the first publicly marketed Sydney metropolitan Coles Supermarket since 2019. James Wilson and Alex James-Elliott of Colliers are handling the sale.
